How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Proxis collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to:

Important: User data attained from Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Proxis stores your personal information on its own servers and those of its cloud-based database management service providers, all located within the United States. We keep service data for the duration of our business relationship with customers and for a certain period thereafter.

Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data
